About the role - SEN Teaching Assistant - Hackney
A SEN Teaching Assistant may provide individualized support, aid with reading and writing, assist with managing behaviour, ensure students have access to essential resources, and adjust teaching methods to cater to each student's unique needs. Within your role their will be opportunities where you can lead or support in interventions - these interventions are designed to support learners who may struggle to be in a classroom setting.
