We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to join primary schools in Hillingdon. This fulfilling role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners with special educational needs.
Role Details:- Positions available on both full-time and part-time basis
- Prior experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
- Based in Hillingdon, London
- Competitive pay: £85 - £105 per day
- Enhanced DBS certificate required (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students within the classroom
- Assist the class teacher in delivering and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
- Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Create and customize learning resources to suit diverse student needs
- Foster positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional well-being among students
- Collaborate with the SENCO and external professionals to develop and implement effective strategies
