Remedy is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a thriving, inclusive school in Newham. This full-time, temporary role starts 03/03/2025 in the school's Autism Resource Provision (ARP), supporting 10 high-functioning ASD students, many of whom are non-verbal. You'll work alongside four experienced staff members, providing tailored support, managing challenging behaviours, and assisting with personal care and physical interventions when needed.

What We're Looking For:- Experience working with children with ASD or SEN.
- Confidence in supporting non-verbal students and assisting with personal care.
- Patience, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA certificate) - desirable but not essential.
- A positive, proactive approach to supporting children with SEN.
