SANZA Teaching Agency, on behalf of our client, a warm and inclusive primary school in Mile End, Tower Hamlets, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide specialized support for children with a range of complex needs often associated with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

This rewarding role allows you to play a pivotal part in helping a young learners with ASC develop essential life skills, academic achievements, and social integration.

�? What You'll Do �?

Collaborate closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and teaching staff to create tailored learning plans.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to the children in the SEN provision, helping them engage in class activities and reach their learning goals.

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.

Assist with sensory regulation and communication techniques to promote the child's well-being and progress.

Celebrate every small victory and help build the child's confidence and self-esteem.
