We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school and support students with special educational needs. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a school environment.
Responsibilities:
Support students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Assist students in one-to-one and small group settings
Help manage classroom behaviour and provide emotional support
Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
