Aspire People is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' school in North and East London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly supportive and inclusive environment, helping students with special educational needs thrive and reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN). - Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning programs. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. - Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff. - Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing. - Support students with personal care needs, if required. Requirements:- Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school setting is highly desirable. - A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma) are advantageous. - Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
