SEN Teacher Assistant - Full time - North London based - November start

This special needs school specialises in creating a safe and happy environment, encouraging young individuals with autism or learning disabilities to unlock their full potential and progress to life outside of school.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and safe learning environment
  • Organise personalised learning activities
  • Work alongside Teachers to liaise with parents, carers and external agencies where appropriate
  • Follow the schools safeguarding/health and safety policies
  • Able to adapt teaching styles or better suit each learners needs

  • have knowledge or know about autism and learning disabilities of all different ranges.
