Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic special school in West London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and other SEN.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, adapted lessons.
- Encourage students' confidence, independence, and social development.
- Support behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with SEN students (school, care, or support setting).
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
