We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school are dedicated to supporting young autistic individuals by working in smaller classrooms to encourage learner engagement and ensuring a vibrant and safe learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt teaching support to meet the needs to each individual
- Understand how autism can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assist across Key Stage 3 and 4
