SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - West London - September Start - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school are dedicated to supporting young autistic individuals by working in smaller classrooms to encourage learner engagement and ensuring a vibrant and safe learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt teaching support to meet the needs to each individual
  • Understand how autism can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
  • Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Assist across Key Stage 3 and 4
