This fantastic special needs school support the lives of young autistic individuals by creating a safe and vibrant learning community where each learner can unlock their full potential with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Adapt teaching support style to meet the needs of a diverse range of disabilities
• Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
• Use positive behaviour techniques to encourage learner engagement
• Encourage self regulation
