About the Role:
- Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
This rewarding role involves working closely with children who have a range of needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and SEMH. You'll play a key part in supporting their learning journey, providing emotional support, and helping them thrive in a positive and engaging environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Nurturing and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
- Engaging and creative, finding ways to inspire and motivate children in their learning.
- Knowledgeable in SEND support, ideally with experience or qualifications in working with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.
- A team player, eager to collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to provide the best care for our students.
