As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will bridge the gap between the support a child receives from their educational psychologist, speech and language therapist or behavioural therapist and the child's academia.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be crucial in underpinning the learning received by students who have special educational needs. You will work closely in 1:1 or small group sessions with students who need that extra push to fully reach their potential. SEN Teaching Assistant - What the role includes.
- Working 1:1 with pupils who require SEN assistance,
- Working collaboratively with therapists, teachers and parents to create effective plans for the development of pupils with SEN,
- Underpinning the class teacher's lesson plans,
- Updating parents on the progress of their child.

- 105 - 110 per day,

- Psychology or Kindred degree at a 1st or 2:1 level,
- Passion for education,
