A busy community primary school in Peckham, Southwark are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday during school term time. The working hours are 8.30am-3.30pm.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with a child who has complex learning needs, providing a nurturing, supportive, and safe environment. Your aim will be to encourage and motivate the child to reach their full potential. You will receive strong support from the Class Teacher and the wider staff team, making this position ideal for someone passionate about enhancing children's education and seeking a rewarding career in the education sector.

  • Support the child's learning on a 1:1 basis, which may occasionally take place outside the main classroom setting.
