About the Role:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and thrive in a safe, engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with special educational needs.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and tailored interventions.

- Monitor and report on students' progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to meet each child's needs.
