Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in various school settings.
- Assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational plans.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Helping students with personal care, if required.
- Adapting to different school environments and student needs on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN) is essential.
- Ability to work flexibly in different schools and adapt quickly to new environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support (desirable).
