Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored educational plans.

- Collaborating with other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
