About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with diverse needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Your ability to handle challenging behaviour with patience and resilience will be key to your success.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with Challenging Behaviour: You should have experience managing and supporting students with challenging behaviour, ideally within a SEN school setting.
- Passion for SEN Education: A genuine commitment to supporting students with special educational needs is essential.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must, as you will be working closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt your approach to meet the varied needs of students is crucial.
