Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

In this role, you will support students with various SEN, including those displaying challenging behaviour. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will ensure every student receives tailored assistance, helping them to engage and succeed in their education.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in SEN environments: Ideally, you will have worked in a SEN school or have relevant experience working with students who have additional needs.
  • Understanding of Challenging Behaviour: Familiarity with behaviour management strategies to support students who may face emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: You will be working with students who may require a personalised approach to learning and development.
