Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in supporting SEN pupils.
- Assist in planning and implementing activities in line with EHCPs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience working with SEN children.
- Knowledge: Understanding of SEN, including ASD and ADHD.
- Desirable: Experience working with children with SEN within a school setting.
