We are seeking a Psychology graduate with a 1st Class Degree wanting to acquire more child-centred experience, particularly with vulnerable children requiring additional support.

In your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with children who are considered vulnerable. These children typically have Autism statements and may be non-verbal, necessitating prior experience in supporting such individuals.

Psychology graduates will benefit from comprehensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities offered by the school. Both internal and external training sessions are regularly conducted, including specialized manual handling training such as 'Team Teach' to equip you for challenging scenarios that may arise while working with vulnerable SEN children.
