Academics are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to a Year 5 pupil with Cerebral Palsy and EAL needs. In this role, you will:
- Offer tailored support to a child with Cerebral Palsy, addressing both physical and educational needs with empathy and expertise.
- Assist EAL pupils in enhancing their English language skills through interactive and engaging methods.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans and foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will have:
- Experience or a strong understanding of supporting children with Cerebral Palsy and EAL needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach to meeting the unique needs of each student.
- Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training to enhance your skills in this specialized area.
