We are currently looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join a really lovely school in Hammersmith & Fulham to start ASAP.

 

The Role

You will be working within Reception, assisting the class teacher and providing 1:1 support with a pupil with SEND and Complex Needs. The child is Autistic and non verbal. He is very active and energetic and needs support in regulating his emotions. You will be joining an experienced and welcoming team and will support in all aspects of learning, playing and interacting with peers and the wider school community.  

The school are interested in applications from both experienced SEN teaching assistants and also those who have experience working with children in other settings.  You will have good support from the school's SEND coordinator and class teachers and training will be offered.

This role is offered as an ongoing contract to start ASAP and will continue until July 2025.
