Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored support to children with a variety of disabilities and SEN.
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing personalised learning plans.
- Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Helping maintain an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with the teaching staff and SENCO to meet the needs of all students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to the varied needs of each student.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
