In this dynamic role, you will be split between providing dedicated support to SEN children and engaging in general Teaching Assistant activities within a vibrant mainstream Primary School. We are looking for candidates with personal or professional experience in SEN, especially those who have worked with children in a 1:1 setting. Your confidence in assisting the teacher with daily duties will be essential in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This position is perfect for graduates eager to gain insight into the teaching industry or for anyone with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in the educational sector. Daily Duties:
- Provide tailored support to SEN children, ensuring their individual needs are met and fostering their academic and social development.
- Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
- Work closely with students in a 1:1 setting, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.

- Monitor and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to the teacher and collaborating on strategies for improvement.
