LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Lambeth, SW8. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young students within the Years 1-3 classroom, offering general support to both the teacher and students in a positive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist with a variety of classroom activities including reading, writing, phonics, and games. - Supervise and ensure the safety of students at all times.- Working closely with SEN students and adapting learning material to fit their needs. - Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to support individual learning needs. - Help manage and organize teaching resources. - Foster engagement in both individual and group learning.

Requirements:- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. - Previous experience working with children is highly desirable. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A valid DBS and two references are required due to our commitment to safeguarding.
