Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to students with SEN across a range of classroom settings.
• Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support plans.
• Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Assist in both the academic and personal development of SEN students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is beneficial but not essential.
• A strong interest in supporting students with SEN.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Adaptability and a positive, proactive attitude.
