We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Haringey. You will have the opportunity to work closely with students, fostering both their academic and personal growth.
SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide individual support to a student in the Sixth Form, focusing on their unique needs.
- Help implement personalized educational and care strategies.
- Work with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective support.
- Track and adapt strategies based on student progress.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is crucial.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Capable of providing personal care.
- A patient and proactive approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service is mandatory.
