What we're looking for:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (on the update service or willing to apply).
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a SEND setting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEND, with a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
