Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN within the classroom.

- Work closely with teachers and the SEN Coordinator to implement individual support plans.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to promote student success.
- Support students' academic progress and personal development.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant is helpful but not required.
- Genuine interest in working with students with SEN.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, flexible, and positive approach.
