We are currently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in supporting children with ADHD to join a welcoming primary school in Muswell hill in November.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting a child with a diagnosis of ADHD on a 1 to 1 basis. You will work closely with the SENCO and class teacher to deliver an adapted curriculum has to meet the child’s needs. This will include teaching maths and English on a 1 to 1 basis within a specialist area in the school. You will support the child within the classroom where appropriate to join in with whole class learning and activities. 

The school are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has the following:

• Previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.
• A good understanding of ADHD
• Excellent verbal and written English
• A calm and caring approach

This role is offered on a full-time contract basis from November 2024
