Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism Provision)
Location: Lambeth
Full-Time: Monday to Friday
Daily Rate: 85 - 108.20
Are you passionate about supporting students with autism and helping them thrive in a supportive learning environment? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our autism provision at a primary school in Lambeth.
Role Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
- Daily Rate: 85 - 108.20
- Location: Lambeth
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers and specialists to support students with autism
- Provide tailored assistance to students in a small-group or one-to-one setting
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to meet each student's unique needs
- Help students engage with the curriculum and build confidence, social skills, and independence
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children with autism or in an SEN setting
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Understanding of autism-specific teaching strategies is advantageous
