  • A strong understanding of different types of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and/or emotional and behavioural needs.
  • The ability to build strong, positive relationships with children and staff, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of individual students.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support, and ensuring all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
