Tradewind is seeking experienced and committed individuals to join their team as SEN Teaching Assistants.
The role involves supporting SEN pupils in mainstream primary schools in areas such as Hackney, Camden, and Islington.
Candidates should be motivating, reliable, and able to manage pupil behavior, with a strong focus on safety and well-being.
Experience is preferred but not required, and both part-time and full-time roles are available.

Outline of the role:

Help to provide support for the class teacher
Ensuring children are engaged
Helping with behaviour management
Building and maintaining relationships with pupils
Setting up for the day ahead
