About the role - SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Work 1:1 with a Year 3 child with autism, following their EHCP.
- Provide tailored support to bridge learning gaps and foster development.
- Lead group intervention sessions to boost confidence and progress.
- Build strong relationships with the child, staff, and parents.

Requirements - SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, preferably with autism.
- Knowledge of EHCPs and strategies to support SEN pupils.
- Patient, empathetic, and skilled at building trust.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for helping children with SEN achieve their potential.
