- Full-time term time only SEN Teaching Assistant role
- Role Paying £23k-£27k per year | Dependant on qualifications and experience
- First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
SEN Teaching Assistant | Job Role
- Work closely with SEN students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, encouraging their engagement with the curriculum.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students, guaranteeing a safe environment for all children
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour
- Support students in overcoming personal and academic challenges.
- Preparing and organizing learning materials to ensure lessons run smoothly.
