SEN Teaching Assistant - Camden
About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in achieving their full potential? Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where students feel valued and supported.
- Help develop students' social, emotional, and academic skills through targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children with SEN, either in a school setting or similar environment.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each student and situation.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
