Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to KS1 pupils with special educational needs, working one-to-one and in small groups.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting learning resources to meet pupils' needs.
