Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored support to KS1 pupils with special educational needs, working one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting learning resources to meet pupils' needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Help pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development, building their confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure every child's progress is maximized.

What We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
