About the Role:
- SEN Teaching Assistant supporting children with autism in the school's resource base.
- Work closely with pupils across EYFS to KS2 in small groups and 1:1 settings.
- Plan and deliver engaging intervention sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Help foster a happy, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
- Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of working with children with autism and understanding of tailored interventions.
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners.
- Commitment to inspiring and enabling every child to reach their full potential.
