Key Responsibilities:?? Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of SEN needs.???�? Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs.�? Support students in building confidence, independence, and social skills.?? Assist in tracking and recording student progress.?? Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to create a supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:? Previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).? Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.? A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of students.? A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
