SEN Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Key Stage 2 with Autism at a friendly primary school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's education!

Pay: 86-100 per day

Your Role:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a child with Autism
  • Help the child stay engaged and confident in their learning
  • Encourage positive social skills and friendships
  • Track progress and work closely with the class teacher & SENCo
  • Work with families and professionals to support the child's development

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with Autism is helpful but not essential
  • Team Teach training is a bonus, but not required
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • A team player who enjoys working with children
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive learning space
