Day-to-day of the role:- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Provide one-to-one support for children with SEN.
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of every child in the classroom, including those with SEN.
- Support the social and emotional development of all students and act as a positive role model.
- Minimum education requirement: Undergraduate Degree.
- A background in Psychology is advantageous, though not essential.
- Previous experience in the education sector is preferred.
- Strong academic background and enthusiasm for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
- An enhanced DBS on the online update service is preferred.
