SEN Teaching Assistant - South East London (Bexley)

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in South East London (Bexley).

📍 Location: South East London (Bexley)
📅 Start Date: February 24th, 2025
🎤 Interview Dates: Week commencing March 3rd, 2025
💰 Pay: £85 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)

This full-time, term-time only role (Monday to Friday) involves supporting children with special educational needs across the classroom and assisting with their learning and development. The position is available until the end of the 2024/25 academic year, with potential for extension.



About the Role:

  • Work as a SEN Teaching Assistant to help children with special educational needs access the curriculum.
  • Support classroom activities, adapting tasks where needed to meet individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage children's educational, social, and emotional development.
  • Follow school policies, including safeguarding procedures.


What We're Looking For:
