About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child who requires additional support in a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a rewarding opportunity to help a child develop their confidence, communication skills, and independence.

Your Responsibilities:

? Providing tailored 1:1 support to a child with SEN? Assisting with learning activities and adapting materials as needed? Encouraging social interaction and building confidence? Supporting the child's emotional and behavioural needs? Working closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists

What We're Looking For:

?? Previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)?? A patient, caring, and positive approach?? Strong communication and teamwork skills?? A proactive and adaptable attitude?? A passion for supporting children's learning and development
