About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support for children with additional needs, helping them to thrive in a nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:? Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN? Assisting in the delivery of personalised learning plans? Supporting emotional and social development? Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals? Creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For:?? Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties)?? A patient, caring, and proactive approach?? Strong communication and teamwork skills?? Relevant qualifications or willingness to train?? A passion for supporting children's development
