Are you an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a full time role?

Academics are currently looking for a SEN Teaching assistant for the current position available in a vibrant and inclusive primary school located in Hammersmith. We are looking for someone who has experience working with pupils with a variety of SEN including ASD and complex needs.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School located in Hammersmith and Fulham
Contract Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday until the end of the academic year (opportunities to extend)
Daily Rate: £90-£110 per day (Choice of Umbrella or PAYE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with various SEN including ASD and complex needs.
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans, ensuring students' individual needs are met.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
  • Support the social and emotional development of students with SEN, helping them build confidence and independence.
  • Encourage and promote positive behaviour and attitudes within the school community.
