Remedy Education are looking for a kind-hearted and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive mainstream primary school. This is a full-time role where you'll have the chance to work closely with children, supporting their individual needs and celebrating their achievements every step of the way.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Supporting amazing children with special educational needs, tailoring your approach to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Working one-on-one or in small groups to ensure each child feels included and empowered in their learning.
- Collaborating closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver individual education plans (IEPs) and creative interventions.
- Encouraging independence and confidence, celebrating each child's unique strengths.
- Bringing positivity and warmth to the classroom, making school a happy and safe place to learn.

- A patient, compassionate, and cheerful individual who loves working with children.
- Some experience working with children with SEN or additional needs-whether in a school, care setting, or beyond.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Someone eager to learn and adapt to meet the needs of our wonderful pupils.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are a bonus but not essential-what matters most is your passion!
