Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons for students with special educational needs.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in and outside of the classroom.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Support students in their social and emotional development.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement individual learning plans.
- Help monitor and track student progress.
