We are seeking passionate teaching assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school located in Hammersmith and Fulham.
The position is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, offering a daily rate of £90-£110, with the option of Umbrella or PAYE payment methods.
Candidates should have experience working with students with SEN, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.
Key responsibilities include providing one-to-one and small group support, assisting in tailored learning plans, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Contract Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday
Daily Rate: £90-£110 (Choice of Umbrella or PAYE)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with various SEN including ASD and complex needs.
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans, ensuring students' individual needs are met.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
Support the social and emotional development of students with SEN, helping them build confidence and independence.
Encourage and promote positive behaviour and attitudes within the school community.
