Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-class support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
  • Work one-on-one and in small groups to enhance student engagement.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
