Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to a child with high needs, promoting engagement and learning.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management techniques.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
